Drying & Curing Hemp: Turning Your Hard Work Into Quality Flower

Drying and curing determines the final quality of floral hemp.

Drying Room Conditions

• 60–70°F

• 50–60% humidity

• Dark, cool space

• Gentle airflow (not blowing directly on plants)

Dry for 7–14 days.

Curing

Once stems snap (not bend), the hemp is ready for curing:

• Trim flowers

• Store in airtight jars

• Open jars daily for the first week

• Cure for 2–6 weeks

This slowly improves aroma, moisture balance, and longevity.
