Honeysuckle Magazine featured Ranchera Mami and Crocquito’s Christmas in the Valley, a Fresno community event bringing together food, fashion, cannabis culture and giving back during the holiday season.
Hosted by Sue “Ranchera Mami” Carlton of Ranchera Familia and Crocquito of Crockett Family Farms, the December 2023 event featured a marketplace, silent auction, entertainment and a five-course dinner, with silent-auction proceeds benefiting Celebration Nation, a California nonprofit supporting field workers, families and communities.
The feature highlighted Ranchera Mami’s continued work to use events and community gatherings for something larger than promotion—creating opportunities to bring people together while supporting organizations serving agricultural communities.
Christmas in the Valley also brought together local businesses, creators, chefs, performers and industry partners for a holiday celebration rooted in California’s Central Valley.
