Sue Carlton, a chocolatier at Portland's Grön Chocolate. The Portland State University health science management student loves working at Grön and intends to pursue a master's degree in the hope of one day doing research and development into cannabis agriculture sensitivity issues.
The conference brought 130 exhibitors to the Portland Expo Center on Wednesday and Thursday. Along with the exhibits, dozens of speakers and panels explored topics like "Herbanomics: An Economic Update of the U.S. Cannabis Market," "Intellectual Property Protection for Cannabis Brands and Invention" and "Edible Expertise."
