The recognition celebrates Sue's work as a farmer, cultivator, entrepreneur, educator, and community leader in California's Central Valley.
Through Ranchera Familia, Sue has worked to connect agriculture with education and community—building a family-run farming operation while creating opportunities for people to experience agriculture firsthand through workshops and educational programming.
