Where is Ranchera Familia located? 

We are located in Fresno County, California at 2000 feet above elevation in the Sierra Mountains.

Who owns Ranchera Familia ? 

RF is owned and operated by Sue Surabian, Latina small business owner.  Along with her fiance Crocquito and her marketing partner Lauren.   

What is RF's growing styles? 

We grow through Indigenous & Native farming practices, utilizing a terraced garden on a sloped mountainside in the hills similar to the Inca tribes of Chile.   

Are your products sustainable? 

Yes, they sure are.  We only source all of our packaging from companies in the US.  Our flower comes in Amber glass jars.  Our Ranchera Familiares are packaged in 100% hemp made cartons, the filter and paper are 100% hemp too!

Do you grow your own flower?

 All of our flowers are grown right HERE seed to table, through eco-friendly farming practices including revitalizing the land and our no-waste model that ensures everything has a purpose. 

Do you make your own products? 

All of our topical products come directly from The Bitchy Hippie our sister company who directly infuse our whole flower into each remedy.

Where do your seeds come from?

We produce all of our boutique seeds within our company to ensure the finest selection of exotic strains.

What is the average processing time for my order to be shipped?
We ask for 3-7 business days for your order to be shipped.
Do we offer returns?

When we drop our packages off, it will show that message on your tracking because we pre-pay for shipping before we package the order.  Do not worry, this is normal.

How long will it take once it is shipped?
We always provide FREE complimentary ground shipping through USPS, which can take anywhere between 3-21 business days, please feel free to upgrade your shipping to priority to avoid delays.  We are not responsible for delayed or current ground packages wait times.
