Purchasing and Refund Policy

Order Processing: 1-2 full business days to process any order received, Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm PST. 1-7 business days to process leaf orders. 

Payment Methods: We accept the following methods of payment for purchases made through our Website: Visa and Mastercard.  All listed purchase prices are in United States dollars and we do not accept foreign currencies.  Please contact us to pay via Zelle, Cashapp, PayPal, or Venmo  

Order Confirmation: After you make a purchase on the Website, we will present you with a confirmation page and send you a confirmation email with an order reference number.  

Shipping Information: We offer FREE priority  shipping on all orders of via USPS for orders over $75.00.  We only ship our products within the United States.  All packages are sent according to customers’ shipping method requests (e.g., ground vs. two-day or three-day).  We provide tracking numbers at the time of shipping within 1-2 days of your purchase.  If you did not receive a tracking number, check your spam folder or contact us  

Packaging:  All products are smell proof packaged with delicate tissue to provide cushion for your new products. These are placed within discrete boxes, containing appropriate documents such as your COA’s showing the product is industrial hemp and your Letter To Law Enforcement verifying our credentials and our hemp products.  All boxes contain discrete labeling.

Discounted or Sale Products:  Sales are final on anything over 30%, no refunds and no cancellations. 

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss dependent on the value of your product will be handled case by case.  

Return Fees: In addition to shipping fees, products purchased on the Website will be subject to a non-refundable order 10% processing fee+ a restocking fee of $5.00 per $30.00.   

Transfers: Our products are intended for use by you and are not intended for resale to third parties. If you resell our products, you do so at your own risk.  

Refunds and Exchanges: You have 72 hours from receiving the order to request a refund or exchange for applicable products.  We will either refund or replace products if a customer is not satisfied with a purchase, with the exclusion of ALL shipping, all processing fees and restocking fees. You are 100% require to return all products you have purchased prior to refunding or exchanging your order at the expense of the customers shipping for all products excluding leafs. Ranchera Familia will not be responsible for return shipping cost, we are happy to make a label for you, but will deduct out of refund.  

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification: By purchasing any product on the Website, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ranchera Familia and its agents, managers, officers, directors, representatives, and employees from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees (collectively, “Claims”) arising from or growing out of any acts or omissions you commit, including but not limited to, violation of any applicable law, regulation, or order.

In no event will you be entitled to recover from Ranchera Familia any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or special damages, or any damages for loss of data, profits, revenue, reputation, business, or goodwill, even if the Ranchera Familia has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Product: We offer legal industrial hemp that is grown pursuant to a cultivation license from the Oregon Department of Agriculture.  The Farm Bill defines ‘‘industrial hemp’’ as the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of such plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis. The Ranchera Familia makes no guarantee as to the lawfulness of any product offered on the Website or that you will be able to pass a drug test after consuming products available on the Website.

Where is Ranchera Familia located?

We are located in Fresno County, California at 2000 feet above elevation in the Sierra Mountains.

Who is Ranchera Familia? 

Ranchera familia was founded by Sue in 2018 in Oregon.  Ranchera Familia expanded its operation to in 2020 to California with the help of her fiancé and farm land partner Crocquito who is the Hemp Farm Advisory Specialist.  Lauren came on board later that year as the Chief Vibes Curator to handle the fine tune details of the design aspects of the brand.

What is our growing style?

Through promoting a balance of low energy use, investing in reusable farming styles such as cover cropping and in ground cages, seed propagation and preservation, and healthy garden inputs we can reduce our carbon footprint while revitalizing the land we live and farm on for generations after.

Yes, they sure are.  We only source our packaging from companies in the US.  All of our glass packaging is completely reusable from the jars to the pre-roll tubes. All of our joint and cigarette tubes are 100% hemp, Even our CBD cigarettes come in a 100% hemp carton making it the first cigarette that is 100% completely made of industrial hemp in the world.

Do you grow your own flower?

All of our flowers are grown right here on our farm from seed to table, through eco-friendly farming practices including revitalizing the land and our no-waste model that ensures everything has a purpose.

Yes, all of our flower is grown, harvested, dried, trimmed and packaged on our farm.
